We are a small business and all of our items are handmade to order.
What does this mean? It means once you place your order is when we start the production process on your item(s).
We mill the lumber, Cut the right size pieces, stain your piece with your chosen stain, assemble your item, and add any necessary hardware.
After your item(s) have been built we are then able to package it up and ship it out!
But as you can imagine this all takes a little bit of time, we don’t have a bunch of pre-made products sitting on our shelves that we can just package up and send to you.
That is what makes us special, we allow you to customize every piece to your choosing. Your piece will be handmade and one of a kind.
So how long does it take?
Currently, our average production time takes 10-16 weeks, which means from the time you place your order to the time we ship, it will take 10-16 weeks on average. This is not a guarantee, this is subject to change depending on material availability and seasonal rushes.
Once the item has shipped it will usually arrive within 3-7 business days.
