Made to Order
This is what makes us special, we allow you to customize every piece to your choosing. Your piece will be handmade and one of a kind.
Because of this once your order has been placed and put into production your order cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order it must be done within the first 24 hours after placing your order.
In the event that your item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong product please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will get you taken care of.
You can contact us at support@anitasavageinteriors.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
