Specifications:

Wood Thickness: The Walnut Board Thickness Is 1.5″ Thick (+/- 0.2)
Width: The width will be within the range you choose above, All slabs are unique and the width will vary throughout the slab.
Length:  You can choose from the lengths listed above.
Leg Inset: The legs will be inset approximately 8″ from each end of the desk
Height: 30″ (+/- 0.5)

Finish: These desks are finished with Rubio Monocoat Oil + 2C, If you prefer a different finish please reach out. 

Glue-ups: These desks will not be a single slab and will be glued up to achieve the final width. If you are wanting a single slab please reach out to us for a quote. 

Assembly: You will need to attach the legs, All of the holes will be pre-drilled and you will only need a screwdriver/drill.

These desks are made from real wood, wood is a natural and unique material. The product you receive will be the same shape, size, and relative color as the image, but natural grain and stain differences may occur between the picture on the listing and the product you receive.

If you live within 250 miles of Dallas TX we will deliver your table and our driver can help set it up, he will need help carrying the table.

Standard curbside shipping is offered to the lower 48 states, Your table will be delivered through freight in a crate, and tables under 84" will be delivered and unloaded into your driveway. Tables 96" and longer will require you to have help unloading the table from the truck, This is because the truck drivers cannot use their lift-gate on the longer crates.

We can also offer White-glove/room-of-choice delivery for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote if you are interested!

Given the handmade and hand finished nature of the products we craft, variations and imperfections in the wood should be expected and celebrated! Just as every tree is unique, so too is every piece that is handcrafted and hand finished just for you.

Every piece will have a unique grain pattern and slight color variation as a result of that unique  grain pattern.  Other characteristics of handcrafted solid wood  pieces include: open knots, visible brush strokes, micro-imperfections and textural variations in the durable, hand brushed finishes, unique distress marks, exposed screws, wood filler marks, joint lines, and distinctive nicks, splits, cracks, and other imperfections.

We allow up to approx. 1" of variation across all measurements due to the custom nature of the handcrafted items we build.

Those who do not appreciate the beauty of these variations and imperfections should not purchase handcrafted pieces.  Solid wood may expand and contract due to changes in temperature and humidity. This means that the gaps between the boards of a traditional table top may get wider over time and need to be cleaned. This natural movement enhances the one of a kind beauty of handcrafted solid wood pieces. It does not affect structural integrity and is not considered defective. For customers that prefer to never have gaps between their table top boards, we recommend choosing our jointed top option, which eliminates cracks and spaces between the boards in the table tops. Jointed tops expand and contract as a whole. You will still see the beautiful and natural open knots on jointed table tops. We do not offer machine-manufactured perfection - no two pieces are exactly alike since your item is crafted to your order specifications. We celebrate the true uniqueness of every piece of solid wood  that is built and finished by hand in our wood shop.
